What are the terms?
The purchase of a sample pack grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to create derivative works from the included samples, in both commercial and non-commercial applications, subject to the following restrictions:
1) All major label placements and independent placements that exceed 1,000,000 streams must be cleared (see contact page). Royalties and advance fees must be split with the sample creator. Master clearance is guaranteed.
2) The sample creator must be credited as a writer and producer on all releases.
3) Samples may not be resold in a competing sample pack.
What is the refund policy
All sales on digital downloads are final.
